XTZ 93.23 is the new bookshelf speaker that replaces 99 WMT and used to be known as the 93 WMT. As earlier 93.23 works perfect together with 99 W12S and creates a powerful 2.2 system.

The 93.23 is equipped with a highly specified 6½" woofer with a fixed phase plug and a cast basket in aluminium.
This driver gives a transparent reproduction and can handle high sound pressures. Further, we added a silk soft dome giving the listener a transparent and highly detailed treble reproduction.

93.23 can be used a front speaker (on a speaker stand) or as a surround speaker. The box is built from 25mm MDF, which has good sound technical properties. The outside is painted in high gloss black.

XTZ 93.23 is designed to fit on top of the 99 W12S - This becomes an extreme 2.2 module system with power and a unique flexibility when it comes to configuration of the speakers.

Powerful, gold plated, terminals. Can handle banana plug, fork and cable. Possible to bi-wire for those who want to.

Room-Tuning

Normal rooms are far from perfect from sound properties point of view. Standing waves and room nodes are common problem. This leads to uneven sound balance, which in turn results in the bass reproduction being very different from room to room.

This can be slightly changed with the soft plug. It should be mounted in the bass reflex port.

No plug - Deeper bass response
With plug - More like closed box, with a firmer character.
