Then the mono amplifier XTZ SUB AMP1 might be something for you.  SUB AMP 1 works just as good for those who want to power a passive subwoofer (for example XTZ 99 W10.17P) or any other subwoofers. SUB AMP1 can be the perfect amplifier for bi-amping for full range speakers.  By using one or two subwoofers (with the correct placement), it is often easier to obtain a better frequency response.  SUM AMP1 is constructed to be placed lying down or standing up. Place the logo in the same direction as SUB AMP1.  XTZ’s goal with the SUB AMP1 was to offer an easy way of powering any passive subwoofer. Many of our customers are "Do-it-yourself"-oriented, and we felt there is a market for a good, flexible mono amplifier that these customers can use in order to make their home-built subwoofers sound great. To make the SUB AMP1 a competitive unit, we have equipped it with several connection possibilities, such as high-level and low-level inputs, as well as a balanced input.

• Adjustable phase, with this setting you can imaginarily "move" the subwoofer in the room

Together with the Room Analyzer you get very good conditions to make the most of any passive subwoofer. Simply by altering the placement, phase, low pass frequency and level you can obtain a very good bass reproduction. By using one or two subwoofers (with the correct placement), it is often easier to obtain a better frequency response. We have equipped the XTZ SUB AMP1 with a very powerful amplifier (400 Watts RMS) and a large heat sink for effective cooling. For professional use (studio, PA etc.), it is equipped with a balanced input. The terminal connectors are gold-plated and very solid.  To achieve high power and long durability, the amplifier is built with a large ring-coil transformer, large electrolytic capacitors, and MosFet transistors in the output stage.  SUM AMP1 is constructed to be placed lying down or standing up. Place the logotype in same direction as SUB AMP1.
