Home Demo FacilityAt Audio Sanctum we know you would prefer to try out HiFi equipment in the comfort of your own home. As everyone has a different opinion to what "the sound" is it is vital that you try equipment before you buy, just to make sure it's right for you. So with this in mind we offer a no quibble demo facility and here are the details of how it works: If you decide you like what you hear then we will ship the item item(s) back, take the balance payment and send new units out to you. If you decide that you don't like what you hear we will ship the demo unit(s) back and refund you your deposit minus shipping costs which will have been pre-agreed when you paid the deposit. For example, if you call us and you want to demo a pair of the XTZ 99.25 Standmount Loudspeakers we will take a 50% deposit from you (£320.00) and send out the demo speakers. If you decide you like the speakers we will ship the demo speakers back, take the balance of £320.00 from your prefered payment method and send out a new pair of XTZ 99.26 speakers. If you decide they aren't for you we will ship the speakers back and refund you the deposit minus shipping costs which in this case would be £40.00, so you would be refunded £280.00. It really is that simple. Sometimes we might not have the item you wish to demo available, all the demo units might be out on loan to other people or the product might not be available. In the unlikely event of this happening we will either wait for a demo unit to become available and send it out as soon as it comes to us and we have checked it over. Our Demo FacilityAs well as the home demo option we also have a dedicated demo room at our own facilities. This is a dedicated room that has been built to replicate the average living room. It is a comfortable stand alone log cabin that is 4m by 5m located next to our storage facility. It is the place where we test and trial all of the products we sell, if we don't like what we hear in this room then you won't see it on our site. You can either bring your own equipment with you to make sure your current system matches with what you have in mind or alternatively we will set up a full system for you based on your taste. We have all of the products on the site available for demo so just give us a call, just let us know what you want to have a listen to and when you want to come over and we will set it up for you. Being located in Mansfield, near Nottingham, just off Junction 28 of the M1 we are exactly in the middle of the UK making it easily accessible. Want to come on the train? No problem, we will collect you from the train station, just give us a call when you arrive and we will collect you. We are literally 5 minutes away from the Mansfield train station. While you are here you can make yourself at home, listening to the music you have brought with you. You will not feel rushed in any way and we will keep you supplied with plenty of tea or coffee and biscuits. When you listen to music you want to be relaxed so we will make sure everything is in place for you before you arrive so all you need to do is take a seat and enjoy.
