Who pays for the returned shipping costs? It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of returning the product to us except in the case of the item arriving damaged in which case we will cover the cost of shipping. List any non-returnable items sold at this store: The items that are non-returnable include all Advanced Acoustics products and any custom length cables as these are made to order. Is there a restocking fee? If so, how much? There is not a re-stocking fee, however any carriage charges you have paid will not be refunded. Does this store offer refunds, store credit, and/or exchanges? The store will offer refunds excluding the shipping charges already included. We will also gladly offer exchanges for items or equal or higher value to the product being returned. How much time does the customer have to make a return? The customer has 28 days to contact us and return the item to us. If any unforeseen circumstances arise that prevents you from returning item(s) in the allotted time frame, or for any other matter please contact us. How long does it take to process a refund? It can take up to 15 working days to process a refund. Is an authorization number (RMA, RA, etc.) required before customer can return product? An authorization number is required before a product can be returned to us. Any packages returned without a return authorization number will be rejected and are not our responsibility. What steps are necessary for a customer to make a return? The customer must first contact us within 28 days of receiving the product and explain the reason for returning the item. The customer will then be given an authorization number. Once we have received the item we will check that the item has been returned in it's original packaging and that it is in a re-usable condition. If it does not meet these requirements then a refund will not be given and you will be charged the full amount. If the item is returned to us in a re-usable condition then we will then offer the customer a full refund excluding shipping charges or an exchange for an item of equal or higher value. Return Policy If what you order is not 100% free of defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition in its original packaging for a prompt exchange. Used products are not exchangeable. When you purchase from us the order acknowledgement is not a contract, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price.
